My name is Gisela, and I am the owner and creator of Gigi’s Sweet Moments, a small dessert business built from my passion for baking and creating memorable sweet experiences. I have been growing my business for over a year, starting from home and expanding through local markets, pop-ups, special events, and customer orders. I specialize in freshly made cinnamon rolls in a variety of flavors, along with tres leches desserts, cake jars, cakes, and other handcrafted sweets. My cinnamon rolls are prepared fresh, with soft dough, generous fillings, and unique flavors designed to make them stand out.
