Do I need a paid plan to start?
No. Listing your events on the map, taking applications, messaging vendors, and collecting booth fees are on every plan. You only pay if you upgrade to Pro or Expert for more management tools and reach.
What is the 2% platform fee?
A flat 2% applies only to booth fees you collect through VendorsMap. Stripe's standard card fee comes out first, then 2% of what remains. It is the same on every plan, and there is nothing to pay if you do not collect payments online.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. Paid plans bill monthly or annually (annual gives you two months free), and you keep access through the period you have paid for.
What does "fill your booths" mean?
VendorsMap is the only platform with a standing base of vendors browsing the map, plus the Application Library, which matches your open booths to vendors and alerts them when you list. Expert plans reach vendors in a 50% wider radius.
Do I need a paid plan to get vendors?
No. Events on the Free plan appear on the map and in search, and every plan gets the Application Library that matches your booths to vendors. Pro and Expert add tools to manage and amplify, like bulk messaging, featured placement, the vendor loyalty program, and a wider outreach radius.
What is a team admin seat?
