Questions, answered

Is VendorsMap really free to start?
Yes. Listing your events on the map, taking applications, messaging vendors, and collecting booth fees are free on every plan. You only pay if you upgrade to Pro or Expert for more management tools and reach.
What is the 2% platform fee?
A flat 2% applies only to booth fees you collect through VendorsMap, on top of standard Stripe processing. It is the same on every plan, and there is nothing to pay if you do not collect payments online.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. Paid plans bill monthly or annually (annual gives you two months free), and you keep access through the period you have paid for.
What does "fill your booths" mean?
VendorsMap is the only platform with a standing base of vendors browsing the map, plus an outreach engine that pitches your events to matching vendors. Expert plans get priority placement in that outreach.
Do I need a paid plan to get vendors?
No. Free events appear on the map and in search, and every plan gets the AI Application Library that matches your booths to vendors. Pro and Expert add tools to manage and amplify, like bulk messaging, featured placement, the vendor loyalty program, and priority outreach.
What is a team admin seat?
Each seat is a teammate who can help manage your events. Free includes you; Pro adds up to five; Expert is unlimited.
