Questions, answered
Is it free to list my shop?
Yes. Your shop on the map and in the stores directory, maker applications, messages with makers and the floor and spaces manager are all part of the free plan.
Do I need a plan to get applications?
No. Makers find your shop and apply on every plan. A paid plan adds the other direction: you go and ask the makers you want.
How do maker invites work?
Find makers in your dashboard shows makers near your shop, narrowed to what your floor is missing. Invite one and they get a notification on VendorsMap and on their phone. Store Pro sends up to 12 invites a day and Store Plus up to 24. A maker is invited at most once every 30 days, and never after they have applied.
What is the gold pin?
While Store Pro is active, your shop's pin on the VendorsMap map wears a gold ring, so it stands out to makers browsing your area.
What does Store Plus add?
Everything in Store Pro, plus: up to 24 invites a day, your shop listed first in the stores directory with a Featured tag, a featured pin on the map (bigger, with a bronze ring, and never hidden inside a cluster), and while you're taking applications, a line in the near-you emails we already send vendors within 50 miles of your shop. All of it ends when the plan does.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Moving between Store Pro and Store Plus changes your plan in place and Stripe prorates the difference. Change your card or cancel any time from Manage billing in Find makers. Yearly plans come with two months free.
I have more than one shop. Is there a plan for that?
