Terms of Service

Last updated: March 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VendorMap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VendorMap is an online marketplace connecting vendors with event organizers across New England. We provide a platform for discovering farmers markets, craft fairs, festivals, and pop-up events, and for managing vendor applications to these events.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may register as a Vendor (seeking booth opportunities) or an Event Runner (listing events). Each role has different capabilities and responsibilities on the platform.

4. Event Listings

Event Runners are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, including dates, locations, booth fees, and available spots. VendorMap does not guarantee the accuracy of any event information posted by third parties.

Featured listings may appear with enhanced visibility on the platform. VendorMap reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

5. Vendor Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Event Runners retain full discretion over which vendors they accept. VendorMap is not a party to any agreement between vendors and event organizers.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The VendorMap name, logo, and platform design are the property of VendorMap. Content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

VendorMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between vendors and event organizers, nor for any losses arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
