Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VendorsMap ("the Service"), operated by Livingtech LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VendorsMap is a product of Livingtech LLC, an online marketplace connecting vendors with event organizers across the country. We provide a platform for discovering farmers markets, craft fairs, festivals, and pop-up events, and for managing vendor applications to these events.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may register as a Vendor (seeking booth opportunities) or an Event Organizer (listing events). Each role has different capabilities and responsibilities on the platform.
4. Event Listings
Event Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, including dates, locations, booth fees, and available spots. VendorsMap does not guarantee the accuracy of any event information posted by third parties.
Featured listings may appear with enhanced visibility on the platform. VendorsMap reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.
Organizer & Store Owner Responsibilities
When you list an event or claim a store on VendorsMap, you are agreeing to operate it on-platform. Specifically, you confirm:
- Your listing is real and accurate. The event or store is currently operating. Dates, location, booth fees, and vendor requirements reflect actual conditions. Dead, cancelled, or long-closed events are not permitted.
- Applications and messaging stay on VendorsMap. You will not direct vendors to external application forms, email-based applications, Google Forms, or third-party platforms. When a vendor applies, reply through the in-platform messaging system on your dashboard.
- Booth fees are collected through VendorsMap. If you charge a booth fee, it goes through our Stripe integration. Requesting payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, cash, check, or any off-platform channel is a violation and a common scam vector.
- No off-platform contact CTAs in your description. Your event or store description will not contain language directing vendors to email you, call you, or visit an external website to apply. Contact information belongs in your contact field, not the public description, and is not a substitute for the on-platform application flow.
- You will honor applications in good faith. Respond to applicants within a reasonable time. Do not accept and then ghost vendors. Do not reject applicants on the basis of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- You will refund vendors if you cancel. If you cancel the event or meaningfully change terms (date, location, fee) after accepting applications and payment, you will refund affected vendors through the platform.
- VendorsMap may edit or remove your listing. We may trim off-platform CTAs from your description, fix obvious inaccuracies, or remove the listing entirely if it violates these rules. Repeat violations result in account termination.
We enforce these rules because every scam we have seen on this platform started with an organizer routing vendors off-site. By keeping activity on VendorsMap, vendors get scam protection and you get a full record of applications and payments.
5. Vendor Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Event Organizers retain full discretion over which vendors they accept. VendorsMap is not a party to any agreement between vendors and event organizers.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
7. Intellectual Property
The VendorsMap name, logo, and platform design are the property of VendorsMap. Content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
VendorsMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between vendors and event organizers, nor for any losses arising from the use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
