Our story
We are a microbakery specialized in Sourdough Focaccia that’s crispy outside and fluffy inside. Our sourdough levain is made with locally stone-milled organic flour, and it gives more flavour and nutrient to our baked goods. Seasonal menu and some sweet baked goods such as cookies and granola are also available.
