This year s theme, Future in Full Bloom , celebrates the growth, creativity, and potential of Jefferson County s youth along with the idea of planting seeds today for a thriving tomorrow. Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths with youthful energy, bright colors, and floral elements that reflect growth, imagination, and looking toward the future. A Best Decorated Booth award will be presented at the end of the Fair. ▸ Vendor Rules and Information Vendor applications are due by May 31st, but spaces are limited and may fill before the deadline. The list of products you are requesting to sell/display/promote/give away must be specific. The JCFA reserves the right to select the items a company/organization/person is allowed to sell. Additionally, items that emit loud noises or project objects, which may disturb patrons or fair animals, are not permitted.

The Pioneer Shrine Club Flea Market has been running annually since 1972 in Fairbury, NE, attracting thousands of visitors seeking antiques, plants, food, home goods, tools, art, and furniture. Each booth space is 23 feet long and 15 feet deep. The market is held July 3-5, 2026, with vendor setup on July 2 and vacating by July 6.
