CreoleCali is a prepared-foods concept created and executed by Chef LJ Sr., featuring Cajun and Creole cuisine rooted in his grandmother’s Louisiana recipes, thoughtfully reimagined with a healthier, California-inspired twist. Chef LJ’s cooking reflects both heritage and innovation, honoring tradition while appealing to today’s tastes. Chef LJ Sr. is originally from Rayne, LA, and has been a chef/restraurantuer since 2006. He took his talents from Louisiana to California and back to Lafayette, Louisiana.
