Founded in 2012 and reimagined in 2022, we're a chef-owned catering company serving Long Island and New York City — from weekly Grab & Go meal prep and holiday feasts to full-service event catering for birthdays, corporate gatherings, and charity galas. Our menu is built on authentic Jamaican classics: jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtails, brown stew chicken, escovitch fish, rice & peas, creamy mac & cheese, and desserts like our famous bread pudding with rum butter sauce and traditional Jamaican black cake.
