Spice & Zeal

Synonymous with passion and intensity. Zeal is fervor for a person, cause, or object. As for spice, well, that’s what makes life, life. Spice and Zeal took quite a few years to come to fruition. I'm a former Sous Chef and collegiate athlete who accidentally turned vegan. From quick-stop to bars to fancy restaurants my options were always so painfully limited and quite frankly bland and unfulfilling. That's when it dawned on me, I can create the diversity I want to see! My menu leans plant-based based, however you'll always find a little something for everyone!!
