Aroma Abyssinia is a locally owned specialty coffee roasting business based in Lynnwood, Washington. Founded in 2026, we specialize in freshly roasted, single-origin Ethiopian coffee, celebrating the rich heritage of coffee's birthplace. We carefully source quality beans from Ethiopia's renowned coffee-growing regions, including Yirgacheffe, Sidama, and Guji. Our coffees are available in light, medium, and medium-dark roasts, each highlighting unique flavors and aromas. Through local markets and community events, we aim to share more than exceptional coffee. We want to introduce customers to Ethiopia's rich coffee traditions, connect with our community, and bring the authentic taste of Ethiopia to every cup.
