Our story
Hi, I’m Allison, the baker behind Little Valley Bakery! For three years, I’ve been selling handmade sourdough breads, bagels, focaccia, and brioche cinnamon rolls. My baking centers on slow fermentation, thoughtfully chosen ingredients, and giving good food the time it deserves. I bake to nourish people and bring a little joy to the table—food that makes you feel good and is meant to be shared with friends and family.
