Our story
At Rock Island Bakehouse, we’re all about scratch-baked goodies made with simple, high-quality ingredients and a lot of love. Operating right out of our home kitchen, we specialize in artisan quick breads, hearty loaves, and seriously indulgent gourmet rolls. Every single cinnamon roll is rolled by hand, and every loaf is baked in small batches to make sure it’s fresh, comforting, and absolutely delicious. For us, there’s nothing better than bringing people together over great food, and we can’t wait to share our favorite bakes with our neighbors!
