Saanjh Savere Studio

Saanjh Savere is a one-woman candle studio in Langley, BC, selling on Etsy. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches with beeswax, finished in near-black plum, cream and gold, and sealed with the round door-and-diya badge. Saanjh is the hour the first diya is lit. Savere is the hour it is no longer needed. Between them lies the whole night, held in two Punjabi words, and the promise that the light always returns. The name carries that idea: light from the first lamp of dusk to the first light of dawn. Candles are the heart of the shop. Alongside them are a few quiet extras for people who like a little ritual with their light: intention cards, spell jars, dressed tapers and seasonal sets like the Diwali 5-Day Box. Each one is offered as an invitation, never an instruction. Marigolds, the brand flower, are there in honour of the maker's father, who grew them.
