Our story
La Casa Bianca Winery is a family-run, land-based winery in Oliver, BC. It is named after our daughter ‘Bianca’ as well as the white house we live in on our Vineyard/Orchard. We craft wines out of what we grow on our Vineyard/Orchard. This includes: Grape, Fruit, Nut, Floral and Honey. We use minimal intervention in our winemaking process and biodynamic methods of farming. We have over 51 varietals of wine - Haskap Berry is our top seller, followed by Bjorkelund Mulled Wine, Vin de Noix/Black Walnut, Vin de Noel/Christmas Dessert Wine. Customers also love our Merlot Reserve, St Nick, Strawberry Rhubarb and so many others.
