In the Kitch fry mix

I made the most delicious fried chicken flour seasoning dredge. I have been selling it for about 10 months now at the local farmers market in my city of Long Beach California. My repeat customers come back and say how much they loved it and buy two bags the next time I would like to be in festivals like oyster festival, fish, festival, seafood festival, or food festivals for vegans because I also make my fry mix and a vegan variety. I’m really looking for a vegan convention or large show to be in my mix can coat anything from tofu to pork chops to fried chicken, etc. I use it on fried zucchini as well.
