Our story
Our jerky is made from a family recipe that has been a local favorite for over 20 years. We recently launched Redneck Ribeye to bring that same recipe to a larger audience, and we're excited to start participating in local events throughout East Tennessee!
We currently offer three delicious flavors of beef jerky, and we believe our product is superior to what is currently out there on the market as we use premium brisket for our meat and it is bursting with flavor.
