Welcome to Proof Bakery! By day, I’m a full-time nurse, but baking has always been a special part of who I am. I grew up in the kitchen, surrounded by homemade recipes and the simple joy that comes from creating something from scratch. Proof Bakery was born from my love of baking and my desire to create things that bring people a little bit of joy. From specialty cookies and fresh-baked breads to homemade treats, everything is made in small batches with care and attention to detail.
