Papa Seahorse

I’m Jared, an Oakland based artist, and I create upcycled apparel. Using the linocut printing technique, I carve my original designs into rubber blocks, which creates a stamp. I print my designs on thrifted denim jackets, sweaters and t-shirts. Each item is custom printed, using permanent fabric ink. I also design graphics for hats, which are embroidered. Nature is the primary inspiration for my work.
