Our story
Happy risings has been a microbakery for 7 months now. I make home made sourdough loaves of bread. With a variety of flavors including classic, garlic and herb, jalapeño cheddar, white chocolate strawberry, pesto parm and more. I make brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies, sourdough cinnamon rolls and rotating weekly a new sweet treat.
