Flame & Flavor is a woman-owned, husband-and-wife operated Lebanese-Armenian live-fire food business. Together, we specialize in Australian lamb chops and chicken grilled over hardwood charcoal. Our signature lamb chop bowls and individual lamb pops are cooked fresh over an open flame and finished with pomegranate molasses. We are seed-oil-free and serve weekly markets, large street fairs, festivals, weddings, and private events throughout San Diego County.
