On our frozen dessert trailer we sell:
—Gourmet Italian Ice scooped fresh on site;
—Chocolate covered frozen bananas - plain & topping;
Fresh fruit snack cups:
—Caramel apple cup with whipped cream
—Frozen grapes cup,
—Fresh banana bananas, topped with caramel/hot fudge and peanuts with whipped cream.
Under our hot and fried tent we sell:
Fried dough prepared for savory dishes & dessert, dishes:
—Mama’s Little Pizza Bites: Fried dough bites, covered with mozzarella cheese, homemade Italian sauce ( plain & sausage, pepper, and onion) topped with Romano/Parmesan cheese (serves 2-4 people)
—Mama’s Garlic Parmesan Bites: Fresh fried dough tossed with garlic, Parmesan – Romano Cheese, Italian herbs served with Mama‘s homemade marinara sauce.
—Italian Sugar Puffs- Zeppole: Fresh fried dough covered in powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
—Fruit topped Italian Sugar Puffs-Zeppole: Fresh fried covered in powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar topped with chilled fruit toppings
— bottled water, bottled lemonade, bottled iced tea (sweet/unsweet)
