I am a local small business. I create highly flavorful Gourmet Pepper sauces, seasoning / rubs. I created my 1st sauce in 1995. I currently offer 5 flavors of sauce. Original Pepper sauce is a Buffalo inspired sauce. Sweet Jamaican Jerk, Sweet Chile, Lime Cilantro, SmokeHouse BBQ sauce that is a North Carolina inspired thin sweet and tangy sauce and the newst is my Dragons Breath Sauce. Inspired by the flavors of my late mothers cusine. I have currently 2 Seasoning / Rubs. Vaquero is my Coffee based rub. A savory no heat or sweet seasoning. Finally is my BackYard BBQ seasoning / rub. A St. Louis inspired BBQ seasoning / run. I sell by the bottle to consumers and by the case in bottles (12) to a case and Gallons (4) to a case to restaurants and other eateries.
