What if my pavilion is BIGGER than 10 X 10?

Our prices (early bird. Accepted by March 31, 2027) are based on $150 a square foot. (If you have a teaching area, like a blacksmith, tell us the FULL space you need, but deduct your Teaching Area from the price).

Can I camp on site?

Yes. Everyone camping on site has to pay a fee though (100% of that fee goes to the Fairgrounds).  Those costs are still being set for 2027, but Sleeping in your tent is low, like $15.00 a night. RV (Dry) is about $50 a night and RV Water/Power is like $75.00 a night. Will know more as we get closer.

Are Dogs/Pets allowed?

Per County Guidelines, ONLY Service Animals (not pets, not comfort) are allowed.

Music, Theatrical Performances, Armored Combat.

What activities may be triggering or upsetting?

Hard to say exactly, but the variety of entertainments are many. Shakespeare? Fighting scenes played out with fake blood, fake deaths, rehearsed combat, shouting, and displays of violence, sexual situations, anger, war, murder (it's Shakespeare after all.) Un-choreographed combat with full armor (so, LOUD banging and clashing). Horses running. Fire dancing, fire breathing, fire dancers, blockhead acts (sword swallowing, objects in and through body parts (implied and real). Pro-wrestling scenarios where people 'slam' trained opponents to the ground (watch WWE and you know what may happen) but this is all done by professionals.) We try and be sensitive to people's comforts, but just be warned that Ren Faires depict all of the above and more. Stocks, Jails, Acts of Stage Magic, Actors approaching the Audience, starting conversations. People dressed in a variety of cultural styles, people dressed as Fantasy Characters, Mushrooms, Fauns, Trolls. We ask all to be tolerant and accepting.

Is there a break room for Merchants/Talent/Staff?

Yes. We have an entire building set aside for 'Faire Workers' only. NOT a public accessible area.
