Jour de Fete is an annual arts and crafts festival held the second full weekend in August in Historic Downtown Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. This premier Midwest outdoor crafts fair features over 150 to 200 artisan and craft vendor booths offering handmade goods including jewelry, woodworking, pottery, leather goods, textiles, home décor, paintings, and sculptures. The two-day celebration also includes hands-on demonstrations, live entertainment, food vendors, and historical exhibits that showcase the rich heritage of Missouri's oldest permanent European settlement. Thousands of visitors from across the region attend to shop, enjoy food, and experience the unique charm of the historic French Colonial streets.
