Fresh off the success of 2026, the team is working for 2027 - we are filling out our official application for permitting and all that! Our dates are known. Hours may change, BUT - the community is READY! They proved it! Absolutely NO applications will be approved until WE have our necessary permits. No money will be asked until things begin to fall in place. BUT many are clickin' claws to get in! So, let's do it!

Outdoor market on a 1/3 acre lot in downtown Palatka in view of St. Johns river. 2 enclosed pavilions, 15' brick oven/grill and commissary that is licensable for temporary kitchen events. Excellent location for selling antique & vintage decor, arts & crafts, home baked goods, & plenty of space for licensed food vendors, musicians, etc
