Vendor Events in Norcross, GA

Running weekly on Tuesday evenings from May through October, this farmers market brings together local producers and shoppers in the heart of Norcross. Located at Thrasher Park on Buchanan Street right beside the railroad tracks, the Norcross Whistle Stop Farmer's Market offers a convenient late-afternoon gathering spot for the Gwinnett County community. The 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm time slot makes it accessible for people picking up dinner ingredients after work or looking to cap off their day at the market. You'll find a solid lineup of food and produce vendors at this weekly market. Farmers bring fresh vegetables and seasonal produce, while other vendors stock baked goods, artisan cheeses, honey, herbs, and prepared foods. Many vendors emphasize organic or sustainably grown products, appealing to shoppers interested in knowing where their food comes from. The mix reflects what you'd typically see at a well-established farmers market: people selling what they grow or make themselves, rather than resellers. The market's location on the outskirts of downtown Norcross, anchored by its proximity to the railroad tracks, gives the venue character and a neighborhood feel. This is a community gathering rather than a sprawling festival, so you get a more intimate selling environment compared to larger seasonal fairs. The summer and early fall months (May through October) align with peak growing season in Georgia, so vendors bring their best selection during these weeks. If you're a food or produce vendor looking to establish a regular presence in a steady, neighborhood-focused market, the Norcross Whistle Stop Farmer's Market offers a recurring weekly slot with a consistent customer base.
