Vendor Events in Greenwood, NS

Operating year-round every Saturday morning at 934 Central Ave in Greenwood, Nova Scotia, this weekly farmers market brings together local producers and artisans in an indoor setting that welcomes shoppers regardless of weather. The market runs from 9am to 1pm, providing a consistent weekly gathering spot for the CFB Greenwood community and surrounding areas looking for fresh, locally-sourced goods and handmade items. The mixed vendor lineup typically includes farmers offering seasonal produce, bakers with fresh bread and pastries, and crafters selling handmade goods. This indoor location at Greenwood Mall makes it a practical shopping destination throughout all seasons, from spring and summer when farmers have peak harvests to fall and winter months when root vegetables, preserved goods, and artisan products shine. Unlike outdoor farmers markets that operate seasonally, this year-round market provides consistent access to local vendors whether you're shopping in January snow or August heat. Shoppers visiting the Greenwood Mall Market can expect the relaxed, social atmosphere typical of farmers markets, where you can talk directly with the people growing or making what you're buying. The early Saturday morning timing works well for those planning their week ahead, grabbing fresh ingredients for weekend meals, or picking up unique gifts and handcrafted items. For vendors, this established weekly market represents a stable opportunity to build regular customer relationships within a loyal community base, with the reliability of a fixed indoor venue that operates consistently throughout the year.
