Vendor Events in Bella Vista, AR

Juried three-day event with artisan vendors selling high-quality handcrafted goods.

The Bella Vista Arts & Crafts Festival is a premier juried arts and crafts event held annually in early October across the Wishing Spring Gallery grounds. The festival features approximately 225 artisans from across the region selling handmade items including pottery, jewelry, fine art, and handcrafted goods. All vendors must apply for consideration and their work is reviewed for quality and originality. The event takes place during the peak fall season when the Ozark region displays brilliant foliage, attracting regional and visiting shoppers seeking unique, handmade goods. The festival is organized by the Artisan Alliance at Wishing Spring, a nonprofit organization that directs festival proceeds to art scholarships, school art programs, and community art initiatives.

The Wishing Spring Art and Craft Festival is a highly established, juried arts and crafts festival held annually in mid-October by the Artisan Alliance at Wishing Spring, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting art education. The festival runs for three days (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) in the grassy field behind Wishing Spring Gallery and features over 40 vendors including local and regional artisans from across North America. Vendors showcase handmade pottery, fine art, jewelry, textiles, wood and metal works, paintings, and crafted goods. The festival also includes food trucks, live music, craft demonstrations by artists, and activities for families of all ages. Proceeds benefit art scholarships for local high school students. The event is free admission and is recognized as one of Northwest Arkansas's premier craft shows. The juried format ensures all items are artist-made, with no resold merchandise allowed.

Bella Vista's weekly farmers market brings together local growers and artisan makers for a Sunday morning experience that runs through the fall season. Starting May 3, 2026, this market fills a genuine gap in the Northwest Arkansas vendor calendar, genuine Sunday markets are rare in the region, and this one's early 8am opening means you can capture the rush of weekend shoppers who prefer to do their market shopping before the rest of their Sunday plans. The market runs from 8am to 1pm every week through October 4, giving vendors a solid five-month window with consistent, predictable foot traffic. What makes a farmers market different from a general craft fair is the emphasis on fresh, seasonal products alongside handmade goods. At Bella Vista Farmers & Makers Market, you'll typically find vendors selling produce, baked goods, honey, plants, preserves, and other farm-based items, mixed with local artisans selling crafts, prepared foods, and maker goods. Sunday mornings attract a particular crowd, families planning their week's meals, shoppers looking for quality ingredients, and people who appreciate supporting local businesses. The combination of farmers and makers means there's something for different customer bases all in one location. The logistics are straightforward for vendors. You'll set up an account to apply and select the specific dates that work for your schedule, you're not locked into every single week if you need flexibility. This makes it accessible whether you're selling year-round or just testing out certain months during the May through October season. The consistency of a weekly, established market in Bella Vista means shoppers know when and where to find you, which is valuable for building a regular customer base. If you're looking for a Sunday vendor opportunity in Northwest Arkansas, this market's early start time and established presence offer real potential for foot traffic and sales.
