Here's what we shipped for organizers in October.
The dashboard is rebuilt. Home, Events, Applications, Messages, Calendar and Notifications are all in one new design.
The application is yours to shape. Add your own questions and attach your terms as a PDF. There are ready-made sections for an emergency contact and an arrival time, and you can preview the form the way a vendor sees it.
Accepting got more flexible. You can still accept vendors after you close applications. On a recurring market you choose which dates each vendor gets, and you can take days off later. If you need more from someone, Request info asks in their thread.
Repeat vendors stop retyping. A vendor who applied to one of your markets gets their answers filled in on the next one. Terms that haven't changed stay signed. You can also set up a company application, so vendors apply once to join your roster.
You can import the map you already have. Upload a photo, screenshot or PDF and it turns into editable booths, which you check before saving. You can also colour booths by vendor category, add trees and benches, and hide booth prices from your shopper's guide.
You can see who has paid. Payments shows what each market has collected and what's still owed, and one tap opens the names. You can bill or mark someone paid from your roster, and Market Day marks who still owes.
Seasons bill month by month. An accepted season gets a separate invoice for each month, so a vendor doesn't face the whole bill at once. The exception is a vendor who chose a single package. On Pro and up you can also offer discount codes and early bird prices on booth fees.
One team across your markets. On Pro and up, add a teammate once and give them any or all of your markets, including ones you create later. Editors can get the same application and message emails you get.
Entertainment has its own tab. Build the day's lineup there. If you turn it on, performers can apply from your event page and you book them in.
You'll get fewer emails from us. Application emails mostly come in one daily round-up, new-message emails at most once every six hours, and waiting reminders at most every two weeks.
There's a new Enterprise plan. It sits above Expert, and we import your vendors, application form and past events for you.
No VendorsMap fee until May. From November 8, 2026 to May 8, 2027, booth fees, application fees and tickets you collect through VendorsMap carry no VendorsMap fee, on every plan. Only card processing comes out.
If something's still a pain, reply to the email or message me.
If your market isn't on VendorsMap yet, you can list it at vendorsmap.com/for-organizers.
