Puffy Monster is a San Antonio-based bakery that launched in September 2026, bringing a fresh Japanese cheesecake concept to local markets. We specialize in Japanese Cloud Cheesecakes, our unique take on traditional Japanese soufflé cheesecake. Unlike dense American-style cheesecakes, ours are incredibly light, fluffy, and jiggly, with a delicate sweetness and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Each cheesecake is individually packaged in a convenient 4-inch size, making it perfect for enjoying on the go or taking home. From our signature Original and Matcha Latte to creative seasonal flavors, we're putting a fun, modern twist on Japanese cheesecake.
