Our story
Hello my name is William Cruz, I am the owner and founder of Monarca USA, and we specialize in Mole! I am the third generation and have started up Monarca in the USA based off of our small family company in CDMX. We make over 60 variations of mole paste and powders and currently have only a few here in the states with hopes to bring more to San Diego and the rest of the USA.
