Our story
Vinny’s Neapolitan Pizza is a Hudson Valley-based mobile pizza business serving fresh, made-to-order Neapolitan-style pizza at festivals, community events, private gatherings, and select farmers markets. Our primary setup is a custom mobile pizza trailer with onsite pizza preparation and propane ovens, with a 10x10 pop-up setup available for smaller market-style events.
