Mamas Who Breathe Apothecary

About Mamas Who Breathe Hi! I'm Vella Ellerbe, a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Herbalist, Mastery Life Coach, and founder of Mamas Who Breathe, a holistic wellness brand dedicated to helping women, mothers, and caregivers prioritize their well-being while caring for those they love. My work centers on the belief that taking care of yourself shouldn't come at the expense of caring for your family, and caring for your family shouldn't mean neglecting yourself. Through wellness education, intentional movement, coaching, and herbal nourishment, I help women build sustainable self-care practices that support their bodies and their everyday lives. One of our signature offerings is Mama's Minerals, a handcrafted herbal tea blend thoughtfully formulated to provide plant-based nourishment and support overall wellness. Minerals are essential for muscle function, nervous system health, energy production, and many other functions in the body. My goal is to make education around mineral nourishment accessible, practical, and easy to incorporate into everyday life. What makes Mamas Who Breathe different is that we don't just offer products. We encourage practices. Our tea is one tool in a larger approach to wellness that connects nourishment, movement, rest, self-awareness, and intentional living. As a vendor, I bring more than a product display. I create an engaging, educational experience where attendees can explore herbal wellness, learn about mineral nourishment, and discover practical ways to care for themselves beyond the event. I've been serving women and families through holistic wellness for over a decade, and I'm passionate about making wellness approachable, empowering, and sustainable. At Mamas Who Breathe, our philosophy is simple: Take care of yourself alongside your family so that no one goes neglected, not even you. Because wellness isn't just something we purchase. It's something we practice.
