My jewelry-making journey began in 2016 when I retired. At first, I started making jewelry simply for myself. Before long, family members began noticing the pieces I was wearing and asking if I could make something special for them too. That encouraged me to keep going. I taught myself by watching YouTube videos and learning different techniques for creating jewelry that was not only beautiful, but also well-made and durable. The more I learned, the more I fell in love with creating. I enjoy combining new beads with beads and pieces from old or broken jewelry, giving them a second life and turning them into something completely new. Every piece I create is designed individually, which is why no two pieces are exactly alike. What I love most is seeing someone smile when they find a piece that makes them feel beautiful and special.
