Filigree and Feather

Filigree & Feather makes handmade paper quilled earrings and small art pieces. Every design is built from rolled paper strips, shaped and glued by hand in my home studio in Renton, WA. The earrings are light enough to wear all day and finished with sterling silver or 14k gold-filled hooks, so you can pick whichever metal suits you.
