Bear's Bake Shop

We owned a Kolache bakery in Plano, Texas (a suburb north of Dallas) for over 21 years, where we made Czech Fruit and Sausage Kolaches, cinnamon rolls, and Cakes. Since moving to Abilene, Texas, we've been selling Fruit Kolaches, cinnamon rolls, and cakes for the past 7 years at the Abilene Farmer's Market.
