We specialize in premium ceremonial-grade Matcha and Hojicha beverages, a product imported directly from Uji, Japan. Matcha is a finely ground Japanese green tea powder that’s whisked into drinks like lattes. It has a smooth, earthy flavor with natural caffeine and antioxidants and has become very popular in cafés in recent years. Our goal is to bring an authentic, high-quality matcha experience that stands out from traditional coffee and beverage offerings. We also sell my signature matcha powder and traditional bamboo whisks (chasen) for customers who enjoy making matcha at home. Matcha has become incredibly popular, especially with younger customers, and I've seen strong demand at the markets and events we've attended. People are often excited to find a high-quality matcha vendor like us, and we've been fortunate to receive a lot of positive feedback and repeat customers. We are currently a weekly vendor at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, and have also been invited as a fill-in vendor for several markets including Irvine Regional Park, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, and Brea Farmers Market. We are fully prepared with all required paperwork, including our annual TFF, and can begin immediately if accepted.
