Mane-Lan Kitchen is a family-owned St. Lucian Caribbean food business bringing the flavors of St. Lucia to Arizona since 2022. We make flavorful meals, roti, beef patties, vegan options, baked treats, house-made sauces, seasonings, and Lucian Sas (Tamarind ginger lemonade). Our St. Lucian roots, bold spices, and fresh health-conscious approach make out food special. Every recipe reflects our love of sharing out culture and bringing people together through food. We bring the Caribbean to you!
