Siesta Gözleme is a family-owned food business shaped by the meeting of two deeply rooted culinary traditions of Anatolia. Founded by a Turkish–Kurdish family, our food reflects the shared table, flavors, and cooking styles that exist across generations and cultures. Our menu centers around handmade gözleme, prepared entirely by hand using traditional dough techniques and fillings inspired by both Turkish and Kurdish home cooking. Alongside our gözleme, we offer a carefully curated selection of homemade mezze, traditional desserts, and refreshing beverages that complete the experience of an authentic Anatolian meal. The influence of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolian cuisine can be felt throughout our offerings — from bold, comforting flavors to simple ingredients prepared with patience and care. Many of our recipes are inspired by dishes traditionally shared at family tables, where food is meant to be enjoyed slowly and together.
