Everything is made by my own two hands! With a passion for baking since I was a preteen, I’ve learned from my Italian family to make incredible cookies and pastries, then expanded my knowledge to master breads, sourdough, and cakes. As a cottage bakery for 2 years, I operate within the limits of NY agriculture & markets guidelines. Outside of baked goods, I also handcraft home goods and holiday decor. From tote bags and kitchen towels, to building custom shelves and restoring furniture, I love anything that allows me to work creatively using my hands.
