Our story
My son and I traveled to the Sonoran desert to a small fishing village called Puerto Peñasco in search of an ancient Chiltepin pepper recipe passed down by generations of culinary artisans in this region. What we came home with was a hot sauce recipe that adorns the tables of many Americans who crave a wild smokey heat and wholesome flavorful bounty.
