Seattle Bento Pops is a Seattle-based, 100% gluten-free kitchen specializing in fresh, Korean-inspired comfort food with a creative twist. Since 2025, we’ve been serving our community through pop-up markets, local events, catering, and our Capitol Hill takeout kitchen. Our menu features flavorful bibimbap bowls, japchae noodles, onigiri, and Korean bbq bento. What makes us special is our commitment to bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and quality. We use gluten-free ingredients, house-made sauces, and thoughtfully crafted recipes without unnecessary additives or preservatives.
