Third Shelf is a tiny Asian grocer pop-up in Austin, founded by an acupuncture student who found it hard to eat in the spirit of Traditional Chinese Medicine on a Western diet. We curate shelf-stable pantry staples: instant broths, herbal teas, sauces, and seasonings that make eating warm foods easy, with ingredients you’ll reach for again and again.
