Our story
own and operate Conner’s Cookies, a Pittsburgh-based cookie business specializing in large, gourmet cookies made for individual customers, events, catering, markets, and wholesale opportunities. My work involves developing and testing new recipes, preparing and baking large quantities of cookies, managing inventory and food costs, packaging orders, coordinating deliveries, communicating with customers, marketing the business through social media, and selling products at local events and markets. I also handle pricing, ordering, customer service, business planning, and building relationships with local businesses for potential wholesale partnerships.
Through Conner’s Cookies, I have gained hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, food production, customer service, marketing, sales, time management, and operating a small business from the ground up.
