1889 Bakery is a small, military spouse-owned cottage bakery based in Copperas Cove, Texas, specializing in handcrafted artisan sourdough baked goods. With over six years of sourdough baking experience, we take pride in creating everything from scratch using high-quality ingredients, including organic ingredients whenever possible, unbleached flour, and no seed oils. Our menu features a variety of traditional and specialty sourdough loaves, bagels, focaccia, cinnamon rolls, muffins, cookies, and other unique baked goods. We love combining classic favorites with creative, seasonal flavors that you won’t find at your typical bakery.
