Along with pulled pork, shredded chicken, brisket, ribs, turkey, sausage, and other rotating smoked meats, we serve homemade sides and signature creations such as our Mad Mac Attack, Front Porch Nachos, and Loaded Smokehouse Mash. And one of the only trucks that sell kids meals! Our specialty lemonades, flavored teas, and energy drinks give customers even more reasons to visit our truck. We offer approachable choices for both adults and children, and our menu can be streamlined for high-volume events to keep service moving efficiently. Customers can also order ahead online and select a pickup time, helping shorten lines and improve the event experience.
