Whimsy Whisk

I’m the owner and baker behind Whimsy Whisk, a small home-based microbakery located in the Dallas, Texas area. We officially opened in July 2026, and what started as a passion for baking has quickly grown into a little business that I absolutely love! I specialize in handcrafted sourdough breads, offering everything from traditional loaves to unique sweet and savory flavors. I also make a variety of homemade baked goods, including cookies, muffins, oatmeal cream pies, mini cakes, focaccia, and seasonal treats. I love experimenting with new flavors, creating fun seasonal menus, and bringing a little whimsy to traditional baked goods. Everything is made from scratch in small batches with care and attention to detail. As a newer small business, I’m excited to continue growing, connecting with my community, and participating in more local markets and vendor events!
