Our story
84°W is a small home-based bakery in West Knoxville, I started it in August 2026. I specialize in handcrafted cookies, muffins, brownies, and seasonal baked goods made from scratch in small batches. What makes 84°W special is that I love taking familiar baked goods and giving them a little twist. I enjoy playing with different flavors, especially ones inspired by the seasons. Everything is made from scratch in small batches, with a lot of thought going into not only how it tastes, but how it's presented.
