S & A Island Grille

S&A Island Grille is a family-owned, Baltimore-based food trailer and catering business specializing in authentic Virgin Islands and Jamaican-inspired cuisine—what we proudly call “Virginmaican Cuisine.” Our menu features island favorites such as jerk chicken, oxtail, rice and peas, beef patties, and other flavorful Caribbean dishes. We have served customers at community festivals, cultural celebrations, food-vending events, and private catered occasions throughout the Baltimore area. Our goal is to provide delicious food, friendly professional service, and a memorable island experience that keeps customers coming back.
