Our story
Roulade by Shabnam is a small home-based baking business in Cumming, Georgia, specializing in homemade Persian-style cakes, delicious cupcakes, and traditional Persian roulades. Everything is made from scratch with love, care, and attention to detail using quality ingredients. I enjoy bringing fresh, beautiful, and delicious desserts to local festivals, markets, and community events.
